Why NORDINE

NORDINE was not invented for a consultancy. It is Michel’s own name, shaped by his French and North African heritage. It traces back to the Arabic Nūr ad-Dīn, traditionally “light of the faith”. Nūr carries the idea of light and illumination. Dīn carries faith, conviction and a way of living by guiding principles. Together, they unite clarity with the conviction to act upon what matters.

Through years of working inside complex organisations, that meaning came to mirror Michel’s own way of working. His work brings hidden patterns into view, connects what others see in isolation and equips people to move with greater clarity and agency.
